Henri Ruotsalainen

Henri has more than a decade of experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, particularly in fund formation. He advises both GPs and LPs in fund formation and fund investments, secondary transactions, and other fund-related transactions. Henri’s experience covers funds with various investment strategies, including private equity, venture capital, private debt, infrastructure, and real estate as well as funds of funds and feeder fund structures. Henri also has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory aspects of the private fund and investment management industry.

In addition to fund-related matters, Henri regularly advises clients on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate and contract law matters.

Before joining Hannes Snellman, Henri worked in another major law firm in Finland.
