Stockholm Office and Private M&A is Expanding

Mikael Klang, a leading practitioner within private M&A and private equity, joins Hannes Snellman as a partner in our Private M&A and Private Equity group in Stockholm.

Mikael is highly appreciated among the industry and advises corporate clients in divisional carve-outs, divestments, and acquisitions, as well as private equity clients throughout the lifecycle of their investments from initial acquisition growth, and add-ons up until exit. Mikael joins Hannes Snellman from KANTER.

Previously, Mikael worked at Roschier and has vast experience from international firms like Ashurst and Slaughter and May. Mikael brings with him a total of 18 years of experience in the M&A and Private Equity field.
