Hannes Snellman Wins Mergermarket M&A Legal Adviser of the Year Award

Hannes Snellman was awarded the title of “Finland M&A Legal Adviser of the Year” at the Mergermarket European M&A Awards 2016. The Mergermarket European M&A Awards recognise the top financial and legal advisers within the field of M&A in Europe and are among the most highly regarded recognitions in the industry.
 
The rigorous judging process starts with an analysis of the league tables followed by a shortlist announcement and scrutiny by a panel of independent expert judges. In their considerations, the judges assess the criteria such as the strategic, innovative, and complex nature of the deals worked on.
