Hannes Snellman Sells Its Russian Operations to Eversheds Sutherland

Hannes Snellman has agreed to sell its Russian operations to Eversheds Sutherland. Hannes Snellman entered the Russian market in 2006 by acquiring ETL Law Offices. Hannes Snellman’s focus in Russia, with offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg, has been the same as in Finland and Sweden: to serve Nordic, international and local companies in significant business transactions and complex dispute resolution.
