Hannes Snellman new cooperation partner of the Golden Gavel in Sweden

The Golden Gavel (Sw: Guldklubban) is an award for outstanding performance in the role of chair of a company board. The aim of the award is to highlight and increase awareness of the crucial role of the chair in efficient, effective and business oriented board work.

For us, our cooperation with the Golden Gavel is a natural step in our engagement within the area of corporate governance with our partners Björn Kristiansson as an executive member of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board, and Riikka Rannikko as chairman of the committee working on the amendment of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code.
