Hannes Snellman acted as the Finnish and Swedish counsel to Masco Corporation, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of branded home improvement and building products, in the acquisition of Sauna360 Group Oy. Sauna360 Group is a global manufacturer of sauna solutions, and its portfolio of products includes traditional, infrared, and wood-burning saunas as well as steam showers, rooms, and generators, sold under the Tylö, Helo, Kastor, Finnleo, and Amerec brands.
