Hannes Snellman Counsel to Wereldhave in the Disposal of Itis Shopping Centre

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Wereldhave N.V. in its divestment of the Itis shopping centre to a fund advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI). The aggregate gross value of the transaction is approximately EUR 520 million. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for December 2018.
