Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Vitec Software Group AB (publ) in the acquisition of Nordman & Co, a Swedish software company that develops and provides the Argus CRM software, which is a complete sales support system for grocery trade, service trade, pharmacy, catering, and the construction market primarily in the Nordic region.

Vitec Software Group AB (publ) is active within vertical market software in the Nordic region, and it has around 800 employees and offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
