Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Vitec Software Group AB (publ) in its agreement to acquire all shares in the Finnish medical imaging software company Neagen Oy. Neagen is the market leader in Finland within its vertical market software, enabling healthcare professionals to improve diagnostics and decision-making.
