Hannes Snellman Counsel to Viking Line on its EUR 51.8 Million Rights Offering

Hannes Snellman acted as legal counsel to Viking Line Abp, a shipping company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd offering cruises and passenger and cargo transport services in the northern Baltic Sea area, on its EUR 51.8 million issue of new shares with pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders.
