Hannes Snellman Counsel to Valedo in Its Divestment of Corbel to Realia Group

Valedo Partners Fund I AB has signed an agreement to sell Corbel Holding Oy, a facility services company, to Realia Group.

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Valedo. Our core team was comprised of Johan Aalto, Ilkka Osanen, Johannes Husa and Ida Viitamäki.
