Hannes Snellman Counsel to Uponor in Establishing an Intelligent Water Sensing Technology Joint Venture with Belkin International

Uponor Corporation and Belkin International, Inc. announced on 25 May 2016 their intention to form a joint venture to pioneer in the development of intelligent water sensing and conservation technology for buildings. The joint venture – to be called Phyn– will have operations in the U.S. and Europe and aims at developing products for the emerging intelligent water market, both for consumers and business customers.
