Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, acting on behalf of an institutional investor, in the acquisition of a core mixed use building on Kanavaranta 3-7 with a total area of 2,230 sqm of offices, almost 4,000 sqm of gastronomy and almost 700 sqm of residential space. The Seller was a group of private Finnish investors.
