Hannes Snellman Counsel to the Shareholders of Vanadis Diagnostics in the Acquisition by PerkinElmer

Vanadis Diagnostics AB has been sold to PerkinElmer, Inc. Based in Sweden, Vanadis is developing a novel solution for non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) based on digital analysis of cell-free DNA.
