Hannes Snellman counsel to the investor consortium in a EUR 652 million sale and leaseback transaction

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Ilmarinen and AMF in a joint venture with Kesko concerning the sale and leaseback of a portfolio of 40 retail properties in Sweden and Finland. The transaction is the largest ever completed sale and leaseback transaction in Finland.
