Hannes Snellman Counsel to SRV in Divestment of Three Residential Projects

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to SRV on the sale and construction of three residential assets to one of DWS’s institutional real estate funds. Construction in Helsinki, Espoo, and Kerava will begin in the next six months. The value of the cooperation agreement is EUR 82 million.
