Hannes Snellman Counsel to Rettig ICC Ltd in the Acquisition of Sigarth Aktiebolag

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Rettig ICC Ltd in its acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in Sigarth Aktiebolag (“Sigarth”) from Midway Holding AB (publ). The transaction is expected to close by the end of November.  

Sigarth is a market leader in radiator suspension systems and accessories with over 50 years of industry experience. The acquisition includes all of Sigarth’s business, including the production facilities in Sweden and Poland as well as a German sales office. The acquired entity will be included in the Components & Systems division of Rettig ICC Ltd.
