Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Ramirent Plc in the recommended public cash tender offer by Loxam S.A.S. to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Ramirent. The offer price is EUR 9.00 per share, which values Ramirent at EUR 970 million.
