Hannes Snellman Counsel to Paulig in Their Strategic Digitalisation Programme

Hannes Snellman acted as a counsel to Paulig, a family-owned international company in the food and beverage industry, in their strategic digitalisation programme. We assisted Paulig with drafting and negotiating implementation project agreements and licence and cloud service agreements with international vendors of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) software.
