Hannes Snellman Counsel to Patria and Its Shareholder in the Sale of 49.9% of the Shares in Patria Oyj

The Finnish government has agreed to sell 49.9 per cent of its shares in Patria Oyj to Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS for a purchase price of EUR 272 million.
