Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Orion Corporation in its divestment of the diagnostics business unit Orion Diagnostica Oy to a private equity fund managed by Axcel Management A/S.

Hannes Snellman’s team comprised Riikka Rannikko, Mikko Huimala, Johanna Haltia-Tapio, Antti Alanko, Erkko Korhonen, Soila Söderström and Anette Laulajainen.
