Hannes Snellman Counsel to Oriola Oyj (“Oriola”) in the Sale of Svensk dos AB to Apotekstjänst Sverige AB

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Oriola Oyj (“Oriola”) in the sale of Svensk dos AB to Apotekstjänst Sverige AB. The agreed sale price in cash is SEK 110 million, and Oriola will through the transaction exit the dose dispensing business in Sweden.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority and is expected to be completed no later than Q1/2024.

Hannes Snellman’s core team consisted of Mikael Klang, Moa Torbjelt Fritzon and Tanja Schnitt (Private M&A) and Peter Forsberg, Philip Thorell and Sarah Ek (Competition).
