Hannes Snellman Counsel to OBOS on the Mandatory Public Offer for SBC

Hannes Snellman has acted as counsel to OBOS BBL (“OBOS”) on OBOS’ mandatory public cash offer for all shares in SBC Sveriges Bostadsrättscentrum AB (“SBC”). SBC is listed on the regulated market NGM Equity. The total value of SBC implied by the public offer amounts to approximately SEK 1 billion.
