Hannes Snellman Counsel to OBOS on the Acquisition of 36.6 Percent of the Shares in SBC

Hannes Snellman acts as counsel to OBOS BBL (“OBOS”) in connection with the acquisition of 36.6 percent of the shares and votes in SBC Sveriges Bostadsrätts Centrum AB (“SBC”). SBC is listed on the regulated market NGM Equity. OBOS has acquired the shares at a price of SEK 25 per share, valuing SBC at approximately SEK 1 billion. OBOS is now under obligation to launch a mandatory offer for the remaining shares in SBC. OBOS is a cooperative, owned by its members, headquartered in Oslo, Norway and founded in 1929. OBOS is one of the largest developer and manager of housings in the Nordics. OBOS manages over 219,000 homes and apartments and employs more than 2,600 people.
