Hannes Snellman counsel to NP3 Fastigheter AB in connection with SEK 304 million rights issue of preference shares

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with an issue of new preference shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders. The proceeds from the rights issue of SEK 304 million will be used to finance the acquisition of all shares in the real estate company Sveavalvet AB (publ). The rights issue is fully guaranteed by a group of existing shareholders.
