Hannes Snellman Counsel to Nordic Trustee in the Restructuring of Ownership and Financing Structure of Elematic Oyj

Hannes Snellman acted as a counsel to Nordic Trustee, appointed as bonds trustee by the bondholders with respect to Elematic Oyj’s originally EUR 35,000,000 senior bonds, in the restructuring of the ownership and financing structure of Elematic Oyj. In connection with the restructuring, a new holding company Precast Holding Oy owned by bondholders acquired Elematic Oyj and a haircut to the principal amount of the bonds was implemented, along with other amendments to the terms and conditions of the bonds and certain other finance agreements of Elematic Oyj.
