Hannes Snellman acted as Finnish counsel to Nexit Ventures and Ekahau, Inc. in the sale of shares of Ekahau to Ookla, a subsidiary of Ziff Davis. Ekahau is the market leader in enterprise Wi-Fi design, optimisation, and troubleshooting, whereas the buyer Ookla is the global leader in fixed broadband and mobile network testing applications, data, and analysis.
