Hannes Snellman Counsel to Magnesium Capital LLP in the Acquisition of Rejlers Embriq AS and Rejlers Embriq AB from Rejlers AB (publ)

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Magnesium Capital LLP in the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in Rejlers Embriq AS and Rejlers Embriq AB from Rejlers AB (publ). The acquisition was made by funds advised by Magnesium Capital LLP. Magnesium Capital LLP,  a UK-based private equity firm that focuses on mid-market buy-outs and growth equity investments in technology and tech-enabled services for the energy sector.
