Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to LocalTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company on its issue of EUR 100 million dated subordinated fixed rate callable capital notes eligible to constitute tier 2 basic own funds. In connection with the new issue, LocalTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company made a tender offer to the holders of its EUR 100 million dated subordinated fixed rate callable capital notes due in 2024.
