Hannes Snellman Counsel to LocalTapiola in its Co-Investment in Mehiläinen

CVC Capital Partners as lead investor in partnership with institutional investors LocalTapiola, Varma and Ilmarinen, together with Mehiläinen management announced that they have agreed to acquire Mehiläinen, a leading Finnish private health- and social care provider. Hannes Snellman acted as legal counsel to LocalTapiola, that has been an owner of Mehiläinen since 2016 and that will increase its ownership in the transaction.
