Hannes Snellman Counsel to LAK Real Estate Oy in Connection with Secured Loan Facilities Agreement

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to LAK Real Estate Oy as borrower for secured bank loan facilities entered into in connection with acquisition of a majority interest in Finavia Oyj’s subsidiary, LAK Real Estate, by Pontos Aero Oy and a fund managed by NREP. LAK Real Estate's portfolio comprises more than 136,000 square meters of lettable area, including notable buildings such as the Hilton hotel and the WTC office building located in the Helsinki airport area. In addition, LAK Real Estate is a significant land owner in the Aviapolis area. The financing documents where entered into in order to refinance existing debts of LAK Real Estate and to partly fund its future potential developments in Helsinki airport area and the airport city Aviapolis.
