Hannes Snellman Counsel to If P&C Insurance Ltd (publ) in Its Acquisition of Viking Redningstjeneste Topco AS

Hannes Snellman acted as the Swedish and Finnish counsel to the Sweden-based insurance company If P&C Insurance Ltd (publ), a subsidiary of the Finnish financial group Sampo, in the acquisition of Viking Redningstjeneste Topco AS, a Norway-based company engaged in the provision of roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, from AAC Capital Partners, Intermediate Capital Group PLC, and other shareholders.
