Hannes Snellman Counsel to Exilion in its Acquisition of St1’s Wind Power Business

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Exilion Tuuli in a transaction whereby it has agreed to acquire the wind power production and development business of St1. The transaction, subject to conditions for completion, comprises a portfolio of 315 MW wind power assets in production, development assets of 475 MW, and an energy (battery) storage.
