Hannes Snellman Counsel to Eurus Energy in its Acquisition of Two Wind Farms in Finland from Maas Capital Renewables and YARD ENERGY

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation, a leading Japanese renewable energy company in its acquisition of two wind farms in Finland from Maas Capital Renewables and YARD ENERGY. The wind farms Kankaanpäänmäki and Mustaisneva, with a total capacity of 27.5 megawatts, consist of 11 Lagerwey L100-2.5 megawatt wind turbines in the Southern Ostrobothnia region.
