Hannes Snellman Counsel to Etib Holding in the Public Offer to Shareholders of NSP (Burger King, KFC, TGI Friday’s)

Etib Holding has today announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders and holders of convertible notes in Nordic Service Partners Holding AB (NSP) to all outstanding A- and B-shares in NSP, as well as convertible notes issued by the company.

Nordic Service Partners Holding AB is Burger King's largest franchisee in the Nordic region as well as franchisee of KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) in Sweden and TGI Fridays in Denmark. The company was founded in 2004 and is today one of Sweden's largest restaurant companies specializing in quick service restaurants, with annual sales of approximately SEK 900 million. NSP’s shares are since 2008 listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
