Hannes Snellman Counsel to Enersense International Oyj in Acquisition of Onshore Windfarm Developer Megatuuli Oy

Enersense International Oyj, a provider of zero-emission energy solutions, has signed an agreement on acquiring shares of the onshore wind farm developer Megatuuli Oy. Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Enersense International. The total purchase price is EUR 18.5 million and it will be paid in full by means of new Enersense International’s shares to be issued at completion. The transaction is expected to be completed in January 2022 subject to the agreed conditions precedent being fulfilled. The project portfolio of Megatuuli and its partners comprises wind farms and development projects in progress or in the feasibility study phase in different parts of Finland, with a total capacity of around 3,000 MW.
