Hannes Snellman counsel to Dr Fisher Farma B.V. on the acquisition of Pharmachim

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Dr Fisher Farma B.V. on its acquisition of all the shares in Pharmachim AB. Pharmachim is one of the largest parallel importers of prescription pharmaceuticals in Sweden and a supplier to major pharmacy chains, the main Swedish pharmaceutical distributor Tamro and local health authorities. The deal is an important strategic move for Fisher Farma in the European market.
