Hannes Snellman Counsel to CITIC Telecom CPC on the Acquisition of Telecommunication Assets of Linx

CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited (CITIC Telecom CPC), a leading international information and communication technology solution provider, will acquire the telecommunication business of Linx Telecommunications B.V, including Linx's 470 kilometre optic fiber network in the Baltic Sea, and its network operations centres in Moscow and Tallinn, Estonia, as well as Linx's data centre in Tallinn, which serves as Estonia's largest Internet Exchange. CITIC Telecom CPC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (SEHK: 1883). Following regulatory approval, the acquisition is expected to complete in the second half of 2016.
