Hannes Snellman Counsel to Bridgepoint in the Sale of Solhagagruppen

The Swedish care companies Solhagagruppen and Nytida are joining forces. The enlarged personal care group will be formed pursuant to an agreement whereby Bridgepoint Development Capital and the minority shareholders of Solhagagruppen have agreed to sell all shares in Solhagagruppen to Ambea AB, who operates within private care and assistance under the brand Nytida.
Solhagagruppen is the leading provider in the full responsibility high acuity autism market in Sweden, providing high quality, individually tailored care programmes, to municipalities seeking to provide proper care. Solhagagruppen offers a complete range of care services such as group/assisted living, daily activities, diagnostics, schools and leisure activities through 100 facilities across Sweden and Norway.
Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Bridgepoint Development Capital, who made their first Nordic investment with the acquisition of Solhagagruppen in 2010.
