Hannes Snellman counsel to Bridgepoint in the acquisition of Nordic Cinema Group

Hannes Snellman acts as counsel to Bridgepoint in the acquisition of Nordic Cinema Group , the leading cinema operator in the Nordic and Baltic regions, from Ratos and Bonnier. The enterprise value amounts to approximately SEK 4,700m and Ratos will receive approximately SEK 1,700m for its shareholding.

The transaction is subject to approval from the relevant  authorities and is expected to be completed in the summer.
