Hannes Snellman Counsel to BHM Renewables in the Sale of 182 MW Finnish Onshore Wind Portfolio

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to BHM Renewables in its strategic partnership with Conquest, including the sale of two Finnish onshore wind farm projects to Conquest, a fund manager focusing on the infrastructure of the energy transition in Europe. The two projects with a combined capacity of 182 MW are developed by Winda Energy and are currently in an advanced development phase. Furthermore, the cooperation encompasses additional onshore wind projects totalling 500 MW. The transaction represents an expected phased total investment of approximately EUR 1 billion, to be gradually deployed between 2024 and 2028.
