Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Bare Collective in its acquisition of Leander, a Danish design and manufacturing company specialising in high-quality children’s furniture. Leander’s products are designed to make a difference in the everyday lives of children and their parents and to stimulate play, movement, and creativity.
