Hannes Snellman Counsel to Asiakastieto Group Plc in its Pending Acquisition of UC AB

Hannes Snellman acted as legal counsel to Asiakastieto Group Plc in the pending acquisition of UC AB in Sweden, a credit information company currently owned by six Swedish banks. The consideration will be partially paid in new shares to be issued by Asiakastieto as a result of which the six seller banks will together hold appr. 36,9 percent of all shares and votes in Asiakastieto post completion. Hannes Snellman is advising Asiakastieto with respect to the acquisition, including contractual aspects, financing, corporate matters and the capital markets aspects of the transaction.
