Hannes Snellman Counsel to Altia Plc in its IPO and Listing on the Nasdaq Helsinki Stock Exchange

Hannes Snellman acted as legal counsel to Altia Plc in the company’s IPO and listing on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki. This was the first listing of a Finnish state-owned company in nearly 20 years. The offering by the State of Finland was over EUR 170 million and the market value of the company was over EUR 270 million following the IPO.
