Hannes Snellman Counsel to Ahlstrom in the Divestment of its Building & Wind Business Unit

Ahlstrom has signed an agreement to divest its building & wind business unit to Owens Corning. Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Ahlstrom. Our team included Johan Aalto, Heidi Haanpää, Ville Kivikoski, Valentin Golovanov, Heikki Vesikansa (Tax), Katja Jaakkola (Competition), Anu Mattila (Russia) and Kaisa Fahllund (IP).
