Hannes Snellman Counsel to Adelis Equity on the Acquisition of Nordomatic

Adelis Equity Partners Fund I AB has entered an agreement with Sobro and minority shareholders to acquire a majority stake in Nordomatic AB. Completion of the acquisition is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority, expected during the end of Q1-2016.

Nordomatic has over recent years become the leading independent provider of building automation services in Sweden. Adelis’ plan together with the management team is to gear up Nordomatic’s growth over the next few years, including an expansion both in Sweden and across the Nordics. Nordomatic will continue to operate independently and execute on the strategic plan for 2020, as decided by the board of Nordomatic.
