Hannes Snellman Counsel to AB Nordiska Kompaniet (NK) in its Digitalisation Project and Launch of e-Commerce Platform

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to AB Nordiska Kompaniet (NK) in its digitalisation project and launch of an e-commerce platform. The luxurious NK department stores in Stockholm and Gothenburg have represented the leading premium brands for more than 100 years. The e-commerce platform will enable NK to continue to provide its customers with a first-class experience in the digital era based on the same vision as when NK opened its doors in 1915 – being a commercial and cultural theatre. NK is owned by Hufvudstaden, one of Sweden's largest listed property companies. 

Hannes Snellman has drafted and negotiated the e-commerce platform agreement to onboard the retailers and all data privacy issues. Hannes Snellman also provided juridical assistance, throughout the NK project, for the e-commerce platform, logistic services, customer service and payment solution agreements.
