Hannes Snellman Counsel in Terveystalo’s IPO – Largest IPO in Finland in Nearly Two Decades

Hannes Snellman acted as legal counsel in Terveystalo’s IPO and listing on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange. This was the largest IPO in Finland in the new millennium, and the largest IPO in the Nordic region this year. The transaction also represented the largest private equity exit in Finland with EQT being the largest selling shareholder of the company. The offering by the company and its shareholders was over EUR 870 million and the Company’s market value was over EUR 1.2 billion.

Our team was led by Klaus Ilmonen together with Sten Olsson and Sonja Siggberg, and it also included Outi Raitasuo, Anniina Järvinen and Antti Kuha, as well as Henrik Hautamäki, Tuomo Heikkinen, Ella Hiltunen, Lauri Marjamäki, Annemari Rosi, Anna Sahrakorpi and Elina Toivakainen. Hannes Snellman also advised the company in refinancing related to the IPO. The finance team was led by Markus Bremer, and it also included Viivu Kilkku and Matias Moberg.
