Hannes Snellman is acting as co-counsel to Purmo Group Plc in relation to the competing voluntary tender offer by Haier Europe Appliances Holding B.V. to purchase all shares in Purmo Group. The total equity value of Purmo Group in the competing tender offer is approximately EUR 577 million.
