Hannes Snellman advised Nordic software company Vitec Software Group AB, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, on its acquisition of software company ABS Laundry Business Solutions, headquartered in the Netherlands. The purchase price consisted of a mix of cash and a convertible debenture issued by Vitec Software Group AB to the sellers.
